General Terms & Conditions
1. yogahub reserves the right to refuse admission where reasonably necessary, including
for safety, capacity, or operational reasons.
2. Bookings are made subject to yogahub’s right to make reasonable changes to class
schedules, teachers, or locations where required.
3. Students must arrive no later than 10 minutes before class start time. Latecomers may
not be admitted once the class has begun.
4. The use of cameras, recording equipment, and mobile phones during classes is not
permitted.
5. All class passes and bookings are non-transferable and may only be used by the person
who purchased them.
6. Refunds will not generally be issued except where required under applicable consumer
law or where yogahub cancels a class or workshop.
7. Student rates apply only to those in full-time education. Valid student ID must be
presented upon request.
8. Unlimited passes allow attendance at unlimited classes per day, excluding Reformer
Pilates classes unless otherwise stated.
9. All class passes must be used within the validity period selected at purchase.
10. Class passes may be extended for one additional month for a €20 fee, provided the pass
has not yet expired. This does not apply to memberships, introductory offers, or
discounted passes.
11. Students must be 18 years or over to attend classes unless otherwise specified.
Special Offers/Deals
All special offers, discounted memberships, and introductory offers:
● are non-transferable
● cannot be paused or suspended
● are generally non-refundable, except where required by law
Expiry dates apply as outlined at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
Students must check in at reception no later than 10 minutes before class start time. Spaces
may be allocated to waitlisted students if you have not arrived in time.
Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the class has begun.
If yogahub cancels a class, workshop, or event:
● a full refund, or
● a class credit will be offered
We may make reasonable changes to services, including timetable adjustments, teacher
substitutions, or location changes. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant
changes.
Late Cancellation Fees
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the class start time.
Failure to cancel within this window may result in:
● Month-to-Month Membership: €5 late cancellation fee
● Annual Membership: €5 late cancellation fee
● Class Passes: class forfeited
● Introductory Offers: time deducted from pass
These fees reflect the limited capacity of classes and the impact on waitlisted students.
Workshop Refund Policy
Please ensure you are available for all dates prior to booking.
In-House Workshops:
● 48+ hours’ notice: full account credit
● Less than 48 hours: no refund
International Workshops:
● 1 week+ notice: 50% refund
● Less than 1 week: no refund
Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
A small processing fee may apply where refunds are issued to cover third-party payment costs.
Teacher Training Refund Policy
€500 of the sign-up fee is non-refundable.
All remaining course fees are non-refundable within 1 month of the course start date.
Membership Terms and Conditions
Month-to-Month Membership
● The selected monthly membership amount will be charged every 28 days
● If purchased with a discounted rate, auto payments will change to original pricing following the promotional period.
● Includes public holidays
● Unlimited membership: unlimited classes per day (subject to availability)
Cancellation:
● Available after the first payment.
● 10 days’ notice prior to the next autopay charge is required via cancellation form (form requested via the studio email address)
● Immediate cancellation option available for €50
Memberships:
● Renew automatically after the contract period
● Cannot be backdated
● May be suspended for up to 20 days
● 30 days’ notice will be provided for any pricing change
Annual Membership (1 Year of yogahub)
● One-off payment
● Unlimited classes per day
● Eligible for up to 20 days suspension
Retail Products
Products purchased in-studio may be exchanged within 14 days with a valid receipt, provided
they are unused and in original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or defective goods.
Class Passes & Membership Refund Policy
Class passes and memberships are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where a discounted membership is cancelled early, yogahub reserves the right to calculate
usage based on the standard class or membership rate when determining any refund.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates:
● are non-refundable
● cannot be exchanged for cash
● are non-transferable
They may be used at all yogahub locations unless otherwise specified.
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years after the date of purchase.
Courses & Workshops
Refunds or exchanges may be available up to 48 hours prior to the start date, subject to a 20%
administration fee.
No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions.
Website Terms of Use
This website is operated by yogahub. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to
these Terms & Conditions.
We may update or suspend the website at any time. We are not responsible for temporary
interruptions outside of our control.
All content on this site is owned or licensed by yogahub and is protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded
under Irish law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
