No mat or towel is needed. Just wear comfortable activewear. Grip socks are recommended for stability and hygiene but not required. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
Wear breathable, fitted workout clothes like leggings or shorts and a tank or t-shirt. Most people train barefoot, but socks are welcome — especially for Reformer.
Yes — there’s a water fountain, so bring your own reusable bottle to fill up.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals cannot be admitted once the session begins.
Yes! Reformer is beginner-friendly. Your instructor will walk you through setup and offer modifications throughout class.
