You can bring your own, or rent one at the studio for €2.
Only for Hot classes (Hot Yoga or Hot Pilates). You can bring your own or rent one for €2.
No mat or towel needed. Just wear comfortable activewear. Grip socks are recommended but not required — you can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
Wear breathable, fitted activewear like leggings, shorts, and a top. Most classes are done barefoot. Socks are suitable for Reformer and Barre.
Yes — bottled water is available to buy, or bring your own bottle. We have water fountains available.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Latecomers cannot be admitted once class begins.
Yes! We recommend Flow, Slow Flow, Mat Pilates, Yin, or Restore if you’re just starting out. We suggest avoiding Hot Yoga, Flow 2, and Dynamic Flow until you’re more comfortable. Let your teacher know if it’s your first time.
Yes — Reformer is great for all levels. It’s a full-body workout using a spring-resistance machine, and our instructors will guide you through the setup and exercises.
A high-energy mix of yoga, strength training, and cardio — using light weights and upbeat music to boost endurance and tone your body.
Some classes (especially Hot Yoga or Reformer) may not be suitable during pregnancy. Not all instructors are pre/post-natal trained. Please consult your doctor and contact us before booking.
