Yes — we recommend bringing your own mat. We also offer mat rental at the studio for €2.
A towel isn’t required, but feel free to bring one if you sweat during class. Towel rental is not available at this location.
Wear breathable, fitted activewear like leggings, shorts, and a top. Classes are typically done barefoot.
There is a water fountain on-site — please bring your own reusable bottle to fill up.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Latecomers cannot be admitted once class begins.
Yes! We recommend starting with Flow, Slow Flow, Mat Pilates, Yin, or Restore. Let your teacher know it’s your first class so they can offer guidance and modifications.
Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy mat-based class that blends yoga movement with strength training and cardio — using light weights and upbeat music.
There is no on-site parking, but plenty of paid on-street parking nearby. Bikes must be locked on-street — please secure your bike properly, as yogahub is not responsible for personal property.
Changing rooms are available throughout the day. Showers are only available for 7:00am classes.
Yes — lockers are available in the changing rooms. Please bring your own lock if you’d like to secure your belongings.
Some classes may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor and contact us before booking, as not all instructors are pre/post-natal trained.
In most cases, yes — but speak to your GP or physio first. Let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate modifications.
