The yogahub Reformer Method
Using spring-loaded resistance, sliding carriages, and targeted movement sequences, Reformer Pilates at yogahub offers a low-impact, high-intensity workout. The Reformer challenges your stability, builds deep postural support, and tones every muscle group without placing unnecessary strain on your joints.
Why Train on the Reformer?
Core & Stability
Spring resistance forces deep stabilising muscles to activate on every repetition, creating lasting spinal support and abdominal tone.
Low-Impact Conditioning
Achieve an athletic, full-body burn that strengthens tendons and joints without the high impact associated with traditional workouts.
Postural Alignment
Target muscle imbalances, lengthen tight hip flexors, and build balanced movement habits that alleviate day-to-day back tension.
Full-Body Sculpt
Controlled muscle contractions create functional strength and sculpted tone from your shoulders through to your glutes and calves.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Reformer Pilates suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Our teachers provide clear instructions on how the springs and straps work before the class begins, and offer modifications throughout so you can move comfortably at your own pace.
Do I need to wear grip socks?
No, grip socks are not mandatory. Most clients practice barefoot for natural grip and foot articulation, though grip socks are very welcome if you prefer extra traction or warmth.
Can Reformer Pilates help with lower back pain?
Reformer work strengthens the deep stabilising muscles of the core, hips, and spine, which often helps relieve chronic back strain. Let your teacher know before class so they can provide suitable options.
