Looking to sweat, stretch, and reset with hot yoga in Dublin or Sligo? Step onto the mat in our purpose-built heated studios. Warm your muscles safely, build endurance, and sweat out everyday tension with Ireland’s premier yoga instructors.

The yogahub Heated Experience
At yogahub, our heated classes range from gentle warm restorative sessions at 26°C up to high-intensity flows between 35°C and 40°C. With balanced air circulation and infrared panels warming you from the inside out, the heat works with your breath to soften joint tension, deepen muscle flexibility, and safely challenge cardiovascular stamina.
Why Practice in the Heat?
Safe Mobility
Therapeutic heat warms the body rapidly, allowing you to move into postures deeper while protecting joints, ligaments, and tendons.
Cardio & Core
The elevated room temperature increases your heart rate naturally, giving you a comprehensive conditioning workout alongside mobility.
Sweat & Flush
Intense, therapeutic sweating boosts circulation, revitalises skin, and flushes out built-up tension and metabolic waste.
Mental Focus
Moving mindfully in the heat demands breath control and presence, leaving you calm, clear-headed, and deeply recharged off the mat.
